Welcome to StrideSG shoe cleaning service. By using this website or completing a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About the Service
The Service allows customers to select an available time slot for shoe collection and complete the booking process through Stripe Checkout.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure reliable access, we do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian, to use this Service.
By making a booking, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a booking, or terminate access if we believe the information provided is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.
3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through Stripe Checkout.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, a third-party provider. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details.
Prices displayed at the time of booking are final unless clearly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by Stripe's systems or third-party payment providers.
4. Condition of Items
You are responsible for ensuring that any shoes presented for collection are in a wearable and serviceable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse service if, in our reasonable opinion, the shoes are excessively worn, damaged, unhygienic, or otherwise unsuitable for the intended service.
If service is refused for the above reasons, no refund will be issued.
We are not responsible for the pre-existing condition of your shoes, including but not limited to wear and tear, stains, defects, or damage that existed prior to collection.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may request to cancel or modify a booking subject to our cancellation policy (details provided during checkout).
Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with our stated policy or are made after the cancellation window has expired.
If the Service is unavailable due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or reschedule your booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, real-time accuracy of bookings, or error-free functionality.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the booking in question.
7. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We may also update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Booking data is stored in a secure database.
We do not create user accounts, and no passwords are stored.
Stripe handles all sensitive payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.

However, please note that no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Payment transaction data may be retained by Stripe in accordance with their policies.

6. Cookies & Tracking
This Service does not currently use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
